This picture professionally and clearly presents the complete structure and working principle of the 8-inch side-opening reverse osmosis membrane housing of the Hedelong brand, perfectly combining the physical appearance with the description of the core internal structure. The picture adopts a professional layout with left and right sections. On the right side, two white, cylindrical FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) membrane shells are displayed in a diagonal arrangement. One of the end caps is clearly marked with the word "Side Port", directly indicating its core interface design for lateral water intake/outlet. On the left side, two enlarged cross-sectional views are provided, respectively revealing the internal structure with side end caps and open ends: the orange central area represents the installation position of the RO membrane element, the white circular flow channel shows the water flow path, and the clear blue arrows intuitively indicate the standard reverse osmosis process where water enters from the side port, circulates around the membrane element, and the purified water is output from the central tube. The pure white background highlights the product itself to the fullest extent. This combination of physical objects and cross-sectional views effectively demonstrates that this membrane shell is the core pressure vessel in the industrial reverse osmosis system. Its side-opening design facilitates the system's piping and integration. The 8-inch large diameter is suitable for high flow requirements, and the precise internal flow channel design ensures uniform water distribution and stable desalination efficiency. The overall picture is intuitive and professional, effectively conveying the core values of reliable product structure, efficient performance, and ease of understanding.

This picture clearly shows an 8-inch side-opening reverse osmosis (RO) membrane housing. The picture uses a pure white background and a frontal, level-view angle to professionally highlight the product structure. The main body is a white cylindrical pressure vessel (membrane shell), with one end having a completely open circular opening, allowing the internal cavity used for placing membrane elements and the sealing groove structure at the end to be clearly seen. On the side of the membrane shell near the opening end, there is a standard lateral interface (side port) for connecting the pipeline. The cylinder body is repeatedly printed with the prominent blue brand and model identification "Winder-6", and below it is marked "DURABLE" (durable), emphasizing the durability of the product, while the word "WORKING" (exquisite craftsmanship) indicates the manufacturing process. The overall design is simple and directly presents the structural feature of the side-opening membrane shell, which is convenient for connection and maintenance.

Product Details

8″ Side-Port FRP RO Membrane Housings (available in low-pressure and high-pressure series) are robust components for reverse osmosis systems, certified with ASME and CE standards:
Series & Specifications:

Low-pressure series (W80S300/450/600): Design pressure 300/450/600PSI; burst pressure 6× design pressure.

High-pressure series (W80S1000/1200/1500/1800/2000): Design pressure 1000–2000PSI; burst pressure 6× design pressure.

Core Performance: Both series support 1–8 membrane elements, with an operating pH range of 1–11 and temperature range of -10°C–66°C (14°F–150°F). They undergo 100,000 cyclic pressure tests for durability.

Connections & Compatibility: Feature 1.5″/2″/2.5″/3″ feed/concentrate port specifications, and 1″NPT-F / 1″BBSP permeate port sizes, fitting diverse RO system configurations.

Engineered for reliability and versatility, these housings are ideal for industrial and commercial reverse osmosis applications.

Product Advantages

In order to make up for the abrasion resistance of FRP, embedded steel rings were added to it. Winder® products will wind the embedded ring in the membrane housing during the winding process, which is integrated with the membrane housing and is not easy to fall off. The size and thickness of the embedded ring is proportional to the pressure of the membrane housing. The larger the pressure of the housing, the steel ring will thicken, so that the membrane housing and the pressure head are more firmly connected. The embedded rings are all made of stainless steel 316L, which is more resistant to corrosion and higher temperatures, and has a long service life.

The inner wall of the membrane housing is as bright as a mirror, which can facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the membrane core; it can ensure that the membrane housing has no leakage problem.
The design of the red plug: the production material is ABS modified raw material, which is more durable; the design of the four corners is more convenient and quick to install.
π-shaped silicone ring: using food street silicone raw materials, this design is double-sealed, double-safe, leak-proof and reliable, and the quality is more stable.
There is a unique ID code on the inner wall of each membrane housing, which is used as an anti-counterfeiting mark and can also make the model of the membrane housing clear at a glance.
