DKS-1600 reverse osmosis specific bactericide is a dedicated bactericide for reverse osmosis water systems. It has extremely strong penetration ability against microbial cells and can decompose and damage the cell tissues of microorganisms. It also has a strong killing and inhibitory effect on microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, and algae in the reverse osmosis equipment. Product features

Usage instructions
The use of DKS-1600 anti-bacterial agent for reverse osmosis systems has the following two methods:
(1) During operation, add the agent continuously to the feed water through a metering pump. The dosage is 400 ppm. This method continuously produces desalted water without interruption, but the dosage of the agent is large.
(2) Stop the operation of the RO system and use the chemical cleaning method to prepare the anti-bacterial solution and circulate the agent to treat the system. If the system is severely contaminated, first perform on-site chemical cleaning of the system, and then follow the following steps to treat the system with anti-bacterial treatment:
① Add water to the cleaning tank; prepare the anti-bacterial agent for reverse osmosis systems, with a concentration of 400-800 ppm; ② Adjust the pH of the cleaning solution to be below 7 (lime can be used, the purpose is to extend the lifespan of the membrane); ③ Circulate for 45 minutes.
Precautions for use
When using DKS-1600 anti-bacterial agent for reverse osmosis systems, if the feed water contains hydrogen sulfide or soluble iron ions or manganese ions (chlorine and hydrogen peroxide) do not use this anti-bacterial agent.
Packaging and storage
DKS-1600 anti-bacterial agent is packaged in 25kg plastic drums or as per customer requirements. It should be stored at room temperature in a dark place for 1 year.
Safety and protection
DKS-1600 anti-bacterial agent is a chemical product, presenting acidity. When operating, pay attention to labor protection. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and rinse with plenty of water after contact.
