Product Characteristics and Applications
DKS-1800 flocculant is a high-molecular polymer. It features quick formation, good activity, excellent filtration performance, wide pH adaptability, strong adaptability, extensive application scope, and can remove bacteria, odor, fluoride, aluminum, chromium, oil stains, heavy metal salts, radioactive pollutants, etc. It is widely used in the purification of various water qualities.
Product Application Industries
(1) Purification of domestic drinking water and domestic sewage.
(2) Purification of industrial water, industrial wastewater, mine water, oil injection water, water purification, metallurgy, coal washing, leather, and various chemical wastewater treatment, etc.
(3) Industrial production applications: paper sizing, printing and dyeing, precision casting hardener, refractory material adhesive, glycerol refining, fabric anti-wrinkle, medicine, cosmetics and other industries. The wastewater can be recycled.
(4) Application in the oil refining industry, with excellent oil-water separation effect. Our company can produce different specification products according to user requirements.
Usage and Dosage
(1) Add the DKS-1800 flocculant directly to 10-30 times the amount of water to dilute it to the desired concentration.
(2) Dosage: The typical dosage is 40-60 mg/L. The exact dosage should be determined based on the quality of the supplementary water and can be done using the dosing software or consulting a professional engineer. Packaging
The packaging of DKS-1800 flocculant upon leaving the factory: each barrel contains 25KG (blue barrel). The storage location should be kept well-ventilated and dry. The storage period at normal temperature is 1 year.
Safety and Protection
DKS-1800 flocculant is a chemical product and has a weak acidity. During operation, pay attention to labor protection. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, etc. After contact, rinse with plenty of water.
