Product Performance and Application
DKS reverse osmosis membrane cleaning agent is a formulated cleaning agent. It is used to dissolve metal hydroxides, calcium carbonate and other types of scale, and is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membranes, hollow fiber membranes, as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF). Excellent cleaning results can extend the service life of the membranes. Product features

(5) The reverse osmosis cleaning agent is a low pH liquid formula used to remove metal hydroxides, calcium carbonate and other types of scale.
Usage instructions:
(1) Inspect the cleaning water tank, pipelines, and security filter. If necessary, replace with new filter elements;
(2) Mix an appropriate amount of the chemical agent with water and inject it into the cleaning tank;
(3) Gradually add the calculated dosage of the chemical agent. Use a water pump to circulate and mix the chemical solution. Measure the pH value to be between 2.0 and 3.0 (alkaline range is 10-12);
(4) Perform a continuous cleaning process. Measure the pH value every 5-20 minutes. When the pH value changes, add a certain amount of cleaning agent until the pH value no longer continues to rise or fall, indicating that the cleaning is complete.
(5) If the contamination is severe, sometimes it is necessary to completely empty the first batch of cleaning agent to prevent the re-deposition of contaminants. Then, reconfigure the cleaning solution;
(6) During the cleaning process, pay attention to the increase in temperature. Do not exceed the specified temperature. The usual dilution ratio is 10% of the entire cleaning solution. Packaging
The packaging of the DKS series reverse osmosis membrane cleaning agent upon leaving the factory: each barrel contains 25KG (blue barrel). The storage location should be kept well-ventilated and dry. The storage period at normal temperature is 1 year.
Safety and Protection
The DKS reverse osmosis membrane-specific cleaning agent is weakly acidic or alkaline. During operation, pay attention to labor protection. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of water.
