Purified Water Equipment
Purified water equipment is designed to meet the purified water production needs of various industries. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, biochemical pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and other sectors. The entire system is constructed from SUS304L or SUS316L stainless steel. Moreover, ultraviolet (UV) and ozone sterilization devices must be installed before the water use point (ozone is not permitted in some countries, so the system adopts pasteurization). The core technologies of the purified water equipment include reverse osmosis (RO) and electrodeionization (EDI), and a targeted high – pure water treatment process is designed to meet the water requirements for purified water production in pharmaceutical plants and hospitals, as well as bulk liquid production.
Purified Water Production Indicators
(1) Chemical Index: Complies with the purified water requirements for pharmaceuticals in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia;
Sanitary Inspection: Microorganisms ≤ 10 CFU/100 mL;
Endotoxin ≤ 0.25 EU/mL; Conductivity ≤ 2 μS/cm (resistivity ≥ 0.5 MΩ·CM); Automatic control, simple and convenient operation;
(2) The entire equipment is made of stainless steel, and the water tank is made of stainless steel special – purpose for pharmaceuticals;
(3) Equipped with a water softener to ensure the stable operation of the RO system and EDI system from the impact of hardness;
(4) Imported ultra – low – pressure reverse osmosis is adopted, with a high desalination rate, long service life, stable operation, and energy consumption reduced by 20%;
(5) The reverse osmosis system is controlled automatically, with imported components for main elements, high stability, simple and convenient operation;
(6) The EDI system uses a constant pressure regulator to ensure water quality stability;
(7) Genuine imported membrane stacks are adopted, with stable performance and long service life. Professional technologies ensure that the EDI system maintains stable water quality during short – term shutdown or long – term shutdown;
(8 The EDI) flowmeter is imported, which can prevent damage to the membrane stack caused by the production of unpurified water from the purified water equipment due to the blockage of the concentrated water channel or other equipment failures;

(11) All water tanks are made of purified water and special – purpose water tanks, and are equipped with pressurized liquid level gauges, rotating spray cleaning, and air breathing devices;
(12) Equipped with ozone sterilization, to maintain quality and quantity, and designed according to the optimal configuration.
